Personal Coaching for mental stress:

One no longer has to be prisoner of the thoughts that create anxiety, fear, insomnia, disease, or other discomfort. With a combination of Master Coaching techniques and my own coaching skills I go to the root of the problem apply various techniques to recognize the triggers for this ‘mental stress’ and teach the client the techniques and tools needed to have a calmer mind by reducing the ‘busy-mind traffic’. This is an efficient approach which reduces the stress level and increases the all-round well-being.

Personal Coaching for body stress

According to the client’s physical complaints from long hours of sitting behind the computer or just bad posture in which neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain, arm pain, are manifested etc., I create a personal set of exercises so that they can incorporate in their everyday life. This daily personal routine can also be modified to be applied in the work setting to reduce their level of body stress and pain while at work.

Empowerment Coaching

The coaching process addresses specific life projects or goals that one wants to attain, in the personal life, in relationships or in their profession. Working from the lower levels of consciousness to a higher emotional state by alignment of the unconscious and the conscious one becomes aware of the broad spectrum of choices they already have inside of them and I help them attain the greatest version of themselves

Traditional Thai-Yoga massage Nuad Bo Rarn
Naad Bo Rarn: also know as the Northern variation of traditional Thai massage is an ancient healing system combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures. The practice is essentially a form of assisted yoga performed by the giver, with the receiver completely passive throughout.

Wat Po
Also known as the Southern variation of traditional Thai massage, focuses primarily on acupressure and energy lines. It also employs a much stronger pressure then Nuad Bo Rarn and there are no assisted yoga stretches.

Therapeutic Massage
This massage uses both the techniques of Naud Bo Rarn and Wat Pho but focuses on specific problems such as frozen shoulder, numbness of legs, back pain, etc. In comparison to a holistic massage, it gives more attention to the specific symptoms that need to be treated.

The effects and benefits of reflexology are commonly known from a holistic point of view, it helps the whole body, mainly the organs. The oriental view of the different elements related to different kinds of energy are also comparable to the different organs and meridians that make the body work.

Some of its healing benefits are pain relief, enhanced cognitive function and mood,as well as relaxing properties and decreased anxiety. In addition to all of the benefits that massage provides, aromatherapy influences the limbic nervous system (which supports emotions, behaviour, etc) to help further in the prevention and treatment of disease, with the aid of essential oils.

I also create a ‘behind the work-desk’ routine so that one can enjoy from the benefits of yoga while sitting behind their desk and simultaneously reducing their physical body stress.

Mindfulness & Compassion:

Whether I am teaching a group or an individual Mindfulness and/or Compassion course, a workshop or I am in a coaching session; I teach the techniques and tools so that the individual can be in the ‘here and now’. Being mindfulness of one senses and emotions and being presently aware of what one is doing prevents one from being reactive and overwhelmed by situations that cause an increase in stress or unwanted emotions. Compassion teaches one to be compassionate with one self and others in situations; therefore, making it easier to deal and accept difficult situations in a more compassionate way.

Meditation as the breath and energy source to the soul. With the various meditation techniques, one rewires their brain for happiness, peace and success. Meditation has been scientifically proven to increase focus, well-being, memory, reduce mental and physical pain, amongst other wonderful health benefits. Many people tend to live in ‘their heads’ in our modern-day society and Meditation is a way to connect the body and the mind; bringing an overall balance in one’s self.
